The ultimate 6 month transformation for ambitious women

  • We begin with a 60-minute Initial Consultation, followed by fortnightly 30-minute review calls through Phase 1 as we build your foundations and adjust your treatment plan. In Phase 2, your calls shift to monthly reviews, allowing space to implement, progress and refine.

  • Each week, you’ll complete a quick check-in form to reflect on your progress and set intentions for the week ahead. I’ll review your responses and provide tailored recommendations or support to keep you on track.

  • A comprehensive microbiome and gut health analysis to identify microbiome imbalances, overgrowth of pathogens, inflammation, and digestive dysfunction — which will guide your personalised gut protocol.

  • A detailed review of your recent pathology results to identify nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, inflammation, and key markers impacting your energy, metabolism, and overall health.

  • Targeted herbal formulas and practitioner grade supplements prescribed specifically for your symptoms, test results, and health goals.

  • Tailored food, movement, and daily habits to support your hormones, gut, metabolism, energy, and emotional wellbeing — designed to fit your lifestyle and goals.

  • Delivered via training app — designed to support your cycle, hormone health, body composition, and confidence, with workouts tailored to your goals, energy, and experience level. The 12-week program is split into three 4-week progressive phases to keep you building strength, consistency, and results.

  • Submit your training videos for personalised technique feedback to ensure you're moving safely and effectively.

  • Bite-sized lessons to help you understand your body, hormones, gut health, nervous system, metabolism, and how to maintain your results long term — empowering you with the why behind your healing.

  • Ongoing access to me for questions, feedback, encouragement, and accountability — so you feel supported every step of the way.

  • A continued support structure to keep you progressing with tailored guidance and check-ins.

  • To review progress, tweak your treatment plan and prescription, and keep your health goals on track.

  • 16-week program split into three 4-week phases — tailored to your cycle, energy levels, goals, and lifestyle changes.

  • For support between sessions — whether you need answers, encouragement, a quick course correction, or video technique analysis for form checks and exercise feedback.

  • Repeat any relevant blood work, GI Map, or other functional tests as needed — to track progress, fine-tune your protocol, and ensure continued results.

PERSONAL TRAINING (Face-to-Face)

Build strength, confidence & consistency with tailored 1:1 personal training sessions

  • One in-person 60-minute training session per week, plus a personalised app-based program to follow for your own workouts between sessions.

  • Two in-person 60-minute training sessions per week, plus a personalised app-based program to guide your own workouts in between.
