I work with women 1:1 combining naturopathy, personal training, and nervous system support. It's not about doing more or pushing harder. It's about figuring out what's actually going on, and giving your body what it needs to settle, regulate, and feel like yours again.

RADIANT HEALTH
This is my signature 6-month program and it's where the real work happens.
Radiant Health is for the woman who's tried things. Who eats well, does the right things, and still doesn't feel right. Who's exhausted, or inflamed, or just disconnected from her body and not sure why.
We don't start with body composition. We start with the foundations - gut health, hormones, nervous system regulation, nourishment. When those things are supported, everything else starts to shift.
It's slow by design. Because that's what actually works.
RADIANT HEALTH 1:1
The full 6-month 1:1 experience

We begin with a 60-minute Initial Consultation, followed by fortnightly 30-minute review calls through Phase 1 as we build your foundations and adjust your treatment plan. In Phase 2, your calls shift to monthly reviews, allowing space to implement, progress and refine.

Each week, you’ll complete a quick check-in form to reflect on your progress and set intentions for the week ahead. I’ll review your responses and provide tailored recommendations or support to keep you on track.

A comprehensive microbiome and gut health analysis to identify microbiome imbalances, overgrowth of pathogens, inflammation, and digestive dysfunction — which will guide your personalised gut protocol.

A detailed review of your recent pathology results to identify nutrient deficiencies, hormonal imbalances, inflammation, and key markers impacting your energy, metabolism, and overall health.

Targeted herbal formulas and practitioner grade supplements prescribed specifically for your symptoms, test results, and health goals.

Radiant Health Group covers the same core areas - gut health, hormones, nervous system, skin, weight - in a group setting. You get real structure, real education, and real support. Just at a fraction of the cost of working with me individually.
Each month you'll have 3 group coaching calls, an online training program, and access to educational resources, protocols, and coaching modules built around the same framework I use with my 1:1 clients.
It's also a great way to experience my approach before committing to the full 1:1 program - and a lot of women find that's exactly the stepping stone they needed.
New members are welcomed at the start of each month, so whenever you're ready, there's a natural place to begin.
COMING SOON: SEMI PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING
Build strength, confidence & consistency with in-person semi private personal training sessions
Sessions are kept to a maximum of 3 clients - so it's small enough that you actually get coached, but there's still a real sense of community in the room. There's something really special about that.
Every 4 weeks the program refreshes, and it's built around getting genuinely stronger, in a way that works with your body and your cycle. You'll also get access to the Everfit app, an exercise video library, monthly progress check-ins, and a group coaching call each month, so there's real support outside of the sessions too.
Sessions run Tuesday and Saturday mornings, and Thursday evenings as well. You choose a regular time slot at sign-up and it's held for you - no booking in every week, your spot is just yours.
Memberships run for 4 months, with the choice of 1 or 2 sessions per week depending on what suits you.
IN-PERSON EVENT: THE NERVOUS SYSTEM RESET
Workout • Regulation • Education • Connection
This is an in-person event I run quarterly and it's honestly one of my favourite things I do.
I created it because for a long time, I was doing all the "right" things - training hard, eating clean - and still not feeling better. It wasn't until I started actually supporting my nervous system that everything else began to shift. This event is built around that idea.
We move, we regulate, we learn, and we connect. You'll go through a workout that's about feeling strong and connected to your body - not pushing to exhaustion. Then we slow right down with breath work, restorative movement, and body scans. After that I'll walk you through the education piece - how your nervous system is linked to your gut, your hormones, your skin, your weight - and why regulating it changes everything. We finish with a herbal tea and a healthy treat, and by that point the room always feels really special.
It's a safe, supportive space. No competition, no comparison. Just a group of women giving their bodies and nervous systems a proper reset.
